They must stop selling what they can't fulfill.

I am really not happy about how MIWAY treating our claims. i claimed last year for my car warranty service for the second time and still I have not received any feedback, For the 1st time it was for my clutch plate, and they never say anything till this end and now i had an engine problem since last year December I had to go and fetch my car at the dealer because i was not receiving anything from their side. i provided all the requested documents so i am not sure what takes them so long, i followed up with the consultant and still
