They just won't return my money.

Terrible. I cancelled my policy with them good 2months in advance, they proceeded to debit me anyway. Eventually I get through to them, after a whole day of being given the runaround, being transferred to other divisions and other companies, I get the policy cancelled in writing... They assured my my refund would be processed within 7 days, it's been more than 7 days and still nothing in my account. They are so ***********, I'm fuming.
