They just can not be beaten

A few days ago I got into contact with Calvin about a quote I received from another broker. Calvin has entertained all my questions since last week. We started comparing my current cover to the cover the broker proposed. Although the premium was a few rands cheaper, Calvin was able to add more cover and update my cover correctly in areas that I lacked cover. He also pointed our many factors like variable accesses and lower cover amounts resulting in the cheaper premium. Not only did he retain me as a client, he also reminded me why I love the brand so much. Miway has really taken service to the next level. I was not dealing with a normal agent - I was dealing with the retention manager. Not many companies allow you the privilege of speaking to a manager unless something goes wrong.
