They ignore your online queries

I posted a query on the MiWay website to enquire about getting a courtesy car.<br> I was in an accident last Oct (which still hasn't been resolved), and the panelbeaters contacted me last week to bring my car in, but I obviously can't do that until I have a courtesy car to commute with.<br> Why has nobody sorted this out for me?? You customer care is absolutely atrocious.
