THEY DONT WANT TO PAY

Miway only authorise for some damage and the other damage of the car they say is my fault.. I had to swave out of the road to avoid an accident. then I hit the stone.. the vehicle was still drivable so I drove inside the garage that is less than 50m infront of me. only wen I got in the garage I realised the oil was leaking. now MIWAY don't want to pay the engine damage they say I drove the car without the oil.... I did not get under the car obviously. so I would not see if the oil is leaking... the car was not safe it could easily cause another accident that is why I had to move it.. it was in the afternoon, I had to go inside the garage for my own safety aswell... the roadside assistant line was so bad I struggled to get hold of them for for an hour.
