They don’t care about customers

I am very disappointed with MiWay, my car was crashed while parking at my place on the 27th of January and it was taken to ProBeat Autobody in Willow Park at the N4 industrial Park and 3 months later i still have no car. I have been taken from pillar to post and got tired of enquiring about the progress of the repair. The company doesn’t bother giving me any update and wait for me to call requesting the progress and I’m always told the same recycled lies, i have asked MiWay to intervene and no one seems to be interested in assisting me. They only promise to look into the matter and get back to me but none of the consultants have got back to me and the last one i spoke to is Olga over a week ago who promised to call back the same day. I regret leaving my previous insurance who at least cared about their customers sanity, I’ll gladly be canceling my insurance with MiWay and going back to my previous insurance.
