They Dont CARE!
I have been waiting for a claim on a written-off vehicle that was APPROVED to be paid out or at least some correspondence as to what is holding up the process, and/or what the process is. Now the courtesy car is due back and when I call the Call Centre they mute the call or hang up. THE WORST DECISION EVER TO WORK WITH THESE ****MERS!!!
