they Dont care!!!!

I have been writing emails to miway service desk for past 2 weeks, asking them to give me a No claims letter for the car insurance policy I had with them in 2016. all the time I get an automated response saying they will have a look on my request but nothing gets done. I sent the same request to Kin Price and got the letter within 24h, very efficient
