They Do It Their Way: Donald J Trump Style!

I have been trying to get my car repaired since January 2020. Their legal department leaves much desired. My assistant to my claim has tel. Number: it is always on voicemail and you get no reply. In September 29th: one employer at Mi Way said my claim is longer than six months with no progress from Mi Way, so she is sending an Urgent email to her manager to get this sorted. Till today I am still waiting for her reply from her manager. On 30 September I got hold of my claim assistant: he said he had been moved to a different department since July 2020. I was lucky I got hold of him, how would I know he has been moved? Who is allocated to assist me?

Yesterday I phoned both Legal department ( no help, very uncaring and arrogant). The call centre lady felt so pity for me yesterday on 11/11/2020. Her manager managed to get my repair approved with Olympus Panelbeaters. I had booked for repairs today *next month will be 12 months with a damaged car*. This morning Olympus Panelbeaters phoned me that Mi Way has canceled my authorization for repairs so I can't get my car repaired.
