They decided to debit my account today and our agreement was that they were supposed to debit on the 1st
They decided to debit my account today and our agreement was that they were supposed to debit on the 1st. Now my account is on negative and they said they won't be able to reverse it immediately, I have to wait for 7 working days before they can help me
