They are finding every way possible not to pay out claims

They are finding every way possible not to pay out claims. Since I deal with insurance daily I have never heard of the fine print conditions they have just to throw a claim out. I have been with them for many years but I am finally done with them. After this complaint and successful payout I will find another insurer and never advise any client to ever insure with them. Insurance are there to assist you when you need to claim. Not to fund their business.
