Please find attached my utter disgustment for your harassment and arrogant personal intensions toward me as an old ex-customer. First of all, congratulations for winning the OSTI case by not providing the recordings that I requested which would have clearly revealed your ***** and devious actions. Secondly, if you read your emails, it would be founded that I cancelled my policy 28 February 2021 right after you sent me amendments that I have to pay more for vokkol strangely after I received the sad news that you *******ly won the OSTI case. 3rdly, the unauthorized debit order that went off of my account approx. 30 days after I have cancelled my policy via email. And I specifically requested that I DO NOT talk to YOURWAY over the phone ever again because you people only send the recordings which would not negatively affect the YOURWAY company. I repeat, DO NOT PHONE ME, EMAIL ONLY, *****S! I am waiting...
