There is no title for this dissapointment

So I am a customer since 2015. Claim free untill 27 March 2020. Went through a rough patch in my life where I had to downgrade full comprehensive to 3rd party only and paid that for a long while no issues. 17 March 2020 I upgraded my policy from 3rd Party to full comprehension and it came to an amount above R500 with R5k excess which I was not happy with but approved it. The advisor said the senior advisor will contact me to negotiate the policy. On the 18th March 2020 the senior Advisor phoned me and stated that the amount will be just above R360 pm with R20k excess. I approved but they already submitted the just above R500 amount for debit order, I said I don't want to pay the R500 amount... What negative consequences will I face if I dont pay the amount three consecutive times?? All the advisor said was I wont have cover for that month and the vehicle would have to be taken for inspection again, I said SHAP. The debit order went off in the early mornings, the vehicle was taken for inspection later that morning by around 8h00, I received the confirmation letter that the vehicle is covered, and the 27th March 2020the vehicle is hit by an hail storm. . . guess what? They claimed I didnt pay. On top of the nonsense they made an unauthorised debit order 17 April and then the end of debit order 24 April ans I requested why the employee never updated me again on why there was an unauthorised debit order from my account and I checked to see if this month will be another debit order and boom 11h00 again debit order. Its *****. They also claimed that I was not providing correct information when I took out the policy of whom the regular driver would be which was a false statement to make. All my documents are in place and I have contacted Ombudsman who has directed me to the short term department I am awaiting for phonecall recordings from miway to provide ombudsman. But they are trying to buy time as they suddenly disappear for weeks on end. I am furious about the situation.
