Thembile Shude and Nkele Miller have both been amazing with assisting me with my claim. They have answered all my questions and have put me through to the relevant departments. Nkele has assisted me via Whatsapp and has really gone out of their way to ensure all my questions are answered. Thembile has been my claim handler and has been prompt with everything. Has followed up when needed and has kept me up to date with the entire process. Both Nkele and Thembile have made a very upsetting and unpleasant experience a breeze to deal with and get sorted!
