Their service was exceptional...they treated me like the queen I am....I initially phoned them to submit a claim on my policy then the line got cut off...they immediately phoned me back within a second....I was then transferred to another department to change my details and there is where I got a reduced premium.... Nompumelelo went the extra mile in explaining everything that I wanted to know regarding my policy....she was also polite and spoke very clearly....I enjoyed speaking to her a lot....she went over and above to make sure that I was 100 percent before we ended the call.... I'm so happy with miway as a whole
