Their sales consultants that I dealt with are very efficient and helpful. Their insurance product is cheaper because they seem to leave out things like power surge cover which is an additional cost and has a R4500 excess. So despite the helpfulness of their sales staff I will probably move to another more comprehensive insurer in the new year.
