Theft!

On the 25/12/2015, I was involved in an accident and called MiWay to organise a tow. They sent AAA Recovery and Tow and these guys came to pick up the car. I was with my mother in law, and it was at night. The driver refused to take us home. He instead dropped us off at a very unsafe place with ****s walking around and we had to call the police for help and they took us home. My husband and I then went to see the car at SMD Vereeniging, when the accident happened the car had a full tank of Petrol, I was cleaned and suddenly we get there we find things that don't belong to us, chargers, key rings, tissues and the petrol is all gone. thee was glass in the car on the carpet and AAA said to me that they taking the car to SMD same day but as per SMD they only received the car on the 28/12/2015.. Where was my car? clearly it was used wherever it was, someone was driving my car. Its very disappointing that I cant even trust my insurance company to take care of my priced possessions!
