The worst service in my entire life.

The worst service in my entire life. I have been with this company from 2016 with no claims at all bought a new car in 2019 still chose them as my insurer. I have a motor cover with them, a house hold cover and a scratch and dent cover which also includes tires.

I have never claimed before this was my 1st claim for the tires and rims, guess what the worst experience ever had to experience. The claim was logged on the 27-03-2021 by an agent called Bridget D, she was no were to be found after I submitted my pictures and also went for the assessment, she was no were to be found, Today is the 05-05-2021 I have not received anything from any one.

Every time when I call I was told someone in the claims department will call me back in 72 hours, that never happened even today I am the one calling and following up on the claim , which is draining time consuming and useless as they will tell u that someone will call u back.

I called on the 28-04-2021 to cancel as I no longer wanted to be with miway as they never valued me as their client, I was retained by an agent called Tshepo but with more lies that someone will contact me in 72hrs.

I called again Today the 05-05-2021 I spoke to some guy who never told me his name he was very arrogant and told me he was not the one who assisted me initially, he kept annoying me by offering me add on packages that to resolve my query, I advised him to transfer me to Tshepo, he advised Tshepo is on a call with a client, only to find that he is Tshepo.

miway call center or retentions department is a Circus, I really regret wasting my time and money with miway for so many years and referring family and friends, I will advise them on the experience received when you have to claim for what you pay for.
