The worst service from Maduvha

I had the worst service trying to cancel with Miway today, I called my I received a quote that was similar to what I was paying however there was no excess payable and Maduvha could not match it but he refused to cancel the policy and wanted me to take some cover for R50 a month and when I refused that he told me that he is going to need to enforce the policy terms and conditions that the policy will be cancelled on the 22/12/2017. I want the policy cancelled on the last day of the month because I'm starting with the new insurer on the 1 December. I have always received great service from you however your retentions process is ******* and needs to be taken to task with the Ombuds which I will be doing. How is it possible that wanting to cancel a policy can end up with me fighting with the agent to follow my request. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER YOU AS AN INSURER......
