The Worst Service EVER!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND MIWAY!

I was recently involved in a car accident which was clearly not my fault but the hassle to get information from Miway and find out WTH is going on has been appauling. I received an email requesting feedback about a person I had not even spoken to.

I was not made aware of the disclaimer before hand. I dont know when my car will be ready as they are not able to reach their chosen panel beaters and on top of that - there is no one who is able to inform me of a contigency regarding extending the courtesy car. I had a bad experience with Miway when I had to claim for my rear windscreen but it seems you guys are set on outdoing yourselves with bad service. When this ordeal is over - I am definetly moving because although you apologised last time and blamed each other aimlessly - I would rather be with an insurer who cares about their customers. It might just be a premium to you but it was meant as security to me so I wouldnt go through what I am going through.
