The worst service ever

The worst experience I ever had to go through, such a big company, well known brand disappointing me to a point of no return and l will not recommend my worst enemy to do business with miway insurance, I had an accident on the 8th of March 2024 to date I have been told millions different stories after my claim, I was told my car is written off since then I have been transferred from on employee to the other you would swear this is ****. Since they took my car am unable just to see it for what no one knows I don't even know who is dealing with my claim. My family is now affected this whole situation including my job being on line because of lack of concentration I have a 4 year old whom I have to transport to school every day now am forever late and I pay after care money that I don't have...imagine my son's school finish at 13h4 30 but am only able to fetch him at 18h00 because am not mobile this the first and the last time I use their service never and never again #frustrated customer
