The worst service especially when claiming choose another Insurer

This is my second review on the same thing, there has been no assistance whatsoever, I have claimed for my damaged tyre because i have cover for it and its heading to the 3rd week now after doing doing the claim and doing the assessment which a have done by myself with no assistance from the rep (Kgomtso Mathope) assigned to my claim after countless emails before and after my assessment and still no revert on the progress. It's a helpless situation because they don't even have a complaint department which you can reach out to, its really the worst service and considering I have been with these people for almost years with no claim. I am now shopping for new insurers because I simply can not go on like this.
