The worst service

On Monday the 3rd of March i called the call center to summit a claim they sent the contractors to come and look what was wrong, They took pictures and told me that they will send the pictures on Tuesday morning, up to know still no pictures. I got a call from Jean-Pierre De Villiers to say he his he his handling my case, yesterday the 4th of March i received and sms to say that the contractors still ahvent sent the pictures. This is unacceptable. My claim number is C***. i want to cancel my claim. I will be looking for another insurance company.
