The worst insurance ever

3rd party doesn't cover your car but a person Good Day As per our telephonic conversation, kindly get in contact with the incident driver as he has his own insurance that you can claim from as liability follows the driver and he does not enjoy cover with us. This is the response I've got from miway insurance,I'm sharing this for public knowledge so that they know that the 3rd party on miway insurance covers a person not vehicle itself,if your wife/husband/sibling gets involved in an accident while driving your car you must know that they are in trouble and they'll have to find a way to pay damages they have caused on the other car because miway only covers the owner of a vehicle not the vehicle.

Please Miway don't bother to call me since you have no intention of settling my claim,what I am doing here is raising an awareness to my fellow South Africans so that they understand that their 3rd party covers doesn't cover the vehicle but only the policy holder should someone get involved in an accident driving that car that is insured.
