The Worst Experience of my Life

<p>Worst experiance of my life. My car was involved in an accident on the 31st of July, the accident was the other driver's mistake, I called Miway to lodge a claim. They aranged with the tow truck guy Sean Green from FirstRoad to take the car to Randburg but since the place in Randburg was closed for the weekend they said they will only take it there the following morning which was a Monday......... But to cut the long story short till now Miway has failed to locate my car, they claim the car is not lost they just "cant locate it". No one from Miway has called me since the 2nd of August and I have been the one to call them on numerous occassions. I've tried to speak to the manages but they are always apparently in meetings and in training. There have been some instances where the call centre have cut me off while I was talking and I have always been polite except for yesterday where I was a bit teary. At this point I just want to know where my car is and never have to deal with MiWay ever again. As for FirstRoad they never answer their switchboard so I'm not sure how they work!</p>
