The worst customer service ever!

This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. From the beginning until now (it has been about 5 months or so) it has been a nightmare when I request for them to handle or fix something. They do not respond within the 48 hours they promise to respond in. I have tried calling them but even their line for life insurance does not work, I tried going via their car insurance line but not help there either. The person who sold me the policy was perfect, I do not understand what seems to be the problem now. A relationship with a client should not end after the sale is made. To keep a client you have to always assist them. Consistency is a major influence.
