The Worst Company Ever

Miway insurance is the worst company I have dealt with ever. I got an accident last year December 2018. From the first day I engaged with their claim assessor, without any evidence whatsoever he was accusing me of speeding and driving under the influence. I was super shocked cause if I was ,the tracker report was going to show that and if I was driving under the influence the police would have written that on the AR. They then decline my claim saying I was under the influence why I don’t know. It’s quite clear that the objective of miway in any incident it’s to dodge paying. When I thought i was done with the company i was in for another long road. Miway was suppose to tow my car from rustenburg to Boksburg. The assessor kept on saying he has done everything on his side but to my surprise when I call my the place where my car was,they are telling me they are ready to release the car hence waiting for the tow truck. After numerous communication with miway they still wouldn’t tell me why my car was still in rustenburg. They then came back and told me I must pay a certain amount. I paid after receiving account details from them. I then emailed proof of payment to them. Still my car was never attended to, I then called them numerous times to find out why my car was still in rustenburg. No 1 gave me answers. They won’t even explain to you what’s holding the process. I mean to tow the car from rustenburg to Boksburg would take 2-3 days?? Even now my car is still in rustenburg. Please please people stay away from that company.!!!!They won’t even bother replying your emails.
