The worst

Where do I begin? During public unrest last year my car got a knock at its gearbox. Called miway and they took my car to a "panelbeater" for a broken "gearbox". The Panelbeater sent them an inspection qoutation that had nothing to do with my gearbox, instead thay had spray painting and all other stuff on that has to do with panelbeating. Miway employee told me that they could not help me as the amount they got back was less than R20 000 and they only pay claims of up to R20 000. She asks me that I should get my own qoutation and the amount I got was R13 000 to fix my gearbox which still falls short of their vaulation. So I ask them why won't they help me and that I want to cancel my contract with them. They did not call me nor notify me anything, they just cancelled their contract with me on their own without even telling me. So much of being a client for almost 4 years and they treated me like such. I do not recommend this insurance to anyone out there.
