The WhatsApp messenger service is very efficient and quick in comparison to the company email address and other social platforms. Pontsho Hlophe was the lady who helped me with my policy and she was very professional and she excelled in her customer service skills. My original intention was to cancel my policy but she convinced me otherwise.
