The waiting period is ridiculous
I called Miway Roadside Assistant in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Advising them that I am stranded due to locking my car keys inside my vehicle. They said help would come but it is getting dark now and it has started raining, I'm still waiting. Talk about snail service, my safety is really compromised now.
