The true meaning of customer service

I unfortunately had to cancel my policy due to financial constraints, but the lady I spoke to left me with a feeling of regret such was the quality of her service. It felt like I was talking to an old friend that I had to give some unfortunate news.

She willingly answered all of my questions, swiftly dealt with my request and even advised me on a way forward once my financial issues are sorted. She quite simply transmitted positive energy over the phone and it is well received and much appreciated.

Such people are tough to find and I certainly hope she is appreciated by the powers that be at MiWay.
