The trash can of insurers - 6 years of loyalty unclaimed and one small claim takes 8 months

Another week goes by. We are at 8 months now and no sound feedback or progress given. No timeframes or communication. Can we come to a conclusion? When will my car be ready? Not only has the vehicle lost market value in this time, and mechanical parts on a bodywork claim have been done but I am still incurring immense expenses and extremely inconvenienced. No remorse or professionalism and just complete disregard for the insurer guidelines when it comes to the TCF and Insurer obligations. I see Vernies are waiting for authorisations and noone is informing me because if I have not received the vehicle by the 15th in a drivable pre accident condition, I will hold the insurer accountable for my costs, it's been 8 damn months with no feasible justification for the delay and still work has not been satisfactory carried out or the claim handled with professionalism. Pedro was supposed to come and save the situation but has since vanished.
