The Tow truck arrived nearly and hour after the initial claim was made to Miway

The Tow truck arrived nearly and hour after the initial claim was made to Miway. The tow truck driver was super friendly and helpful. However when I requested to change the initially location the vehicle was suppose to be dropped off instead of extending my trip when the car service couldn’t assist I was told to make a new claim to tow the car home. The car was still on the tow truck since the initial claim and I was charged twice for it. I now have the burden of paying cash to take my car to a mechanic since my call outs are no longer available and only R400 remains for the year.
