The staff were very friendly, and after my annual increase, I wasn't too happy with it
The staff were very friendly, and after my annual increase, I wasn't too happy with it. I phoned them, and they gave me a better premium and excess than what I was getting before. Appreciate all their efforts, I'm happy. Shoutout to Dimakatso that helped me, she was great.
