The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the constant changes to the rules. The lack of clear and consistent communication made matters worse. When it came time to pay, I received several different explanations. This made the entire process confusing and frustrating. It felt as though MiWay was looking for loopholes to avoid paying. I had to argue to receive the money I was owed. Customers should receive clear information from the beginning. Changing rules creates uncer*****y and feels unfair to customers. Despite the pleasant staff, the payment process was deeply disappointing.
