The staff was very helpful, did the job very efficiently. When I did the quote, I was told it would take 5 minutes, but it took more than an hour. Wrong information was also given. I was informed that the lady was new. The underwriter was great. Then , upon request to change the date to start the insurance through the chat box, it was done in 2 minutes. They saved me hundreds of Rands by moving to them. I couldn't believe it. Good customer service 👍🏻
