The Staff not helpful at all.

Afternoon,

I am actually complaining about the people handling my query and not Miway. The people that have been assigned to handle my claim are unprofessional.

1. My query was approved and no one called me to tell me that the claim has been approved. I had to call their call centre to find out that it has been approved. No one even bothered to pick the phone.

2. The took my car to Nu Wagon, Panel beater. I have tried to call this company so that I can pay the excess amount. The number does not even work, in fact, both numbers don't work.

I am very stranded because I work night shifts sometimes and it's difficult to get transport.
