I have asked Anathi to assist me with my policy for updating it and ensure my premium was low. She has went to great length to ensure my updates were captured and my premium was low as I had expected by including range of covers which we have agreed on. Where she was not clear but willing to assist, she advocated to her manager and sorted it out
