The service received was tremendous.

I called to make a few changes on my policy and to follow up on a refund, i am very happy with the service received, What stood out for me was that Nhlanhla completed everything with me over the phone and he sent updated documents with me still on the phone. i checked everything and asked questions where i didn't understand, not a lot of people do that, sometimes you have to follow-up again.
