The service received from MiWay has been okay

The service received from MiWay has been okay. I've encountered an issue regarding the number of Roadside Assistance I'm eligible for, which is supposed to be 3, the 1st one was not actually rendered, which was on the 17th of January because the Tow Truck could not enter my location. However on the MiWay App it is registered as though the service was rendered, I lodged a query and was informed,it will not affect the number of services I'm actually eligible for. Today when I requested for the Roadside Assistance, I was told that my services have lapsed, although the service was eventually rendered, I first had to explain what had happened, once more. This has been quite a huge disappointment, thus I give 3 stars.
