The service I receive is generally very good, but I had a consultant that called me back. She did not speak clear and when I asked her to repeat herself she got irritated. She gave me incorrect information regarding my policy and also raised her voice I dropped the call and called back and did not opt for a call back. Calls are recorded I suggest that the consultant are trained which tone of voice to use with a client
