The service I got from Lerato Malahlela was the best she explained my full policy and what and how much my cover is, even understanding of how unhappy I felt about my previous food deterioration cover which was declined as the power was off for longer than 12hours, which is why i claimed as it takes longer than 12 hours for my chest freezer to melt
