The Senior Advisor Nikiwe Shabangu helped me review my premium for my policy for the annual review. The premium I received after the review was lower than the premium I was paying before and all the benefits of the policy remained the same and the glass and window excess was even lowered from R1200 to R500. The lower premiums and the benefits remaining the same was so exciting, MIWAY is providing the best service I wouldn’t get from any other insurance. I’ve been with My Way since 2020 now it’s 2022 and I have nothing I can complain about with MIWAY insurance.
