Miway, I called you friday the 29th of September 2023 to query why I you made an enquiry on my credit profile without my consent. I requested that you please remove this enquiry from my credit bureau profile and delete any personal information that you still have for me. I was told your turnaround is time is usually 3 working days, its now been more than 4 working and no feedback. Reference I was given for the call is ***9, please don't have your way with me.
