The response is excellent
The response is excellent. During incident - the time they take to send tow trucks/arrange courtesy car, deal with claims etc was excellent. The follow up after an incident (e.g. pro rata refund/taking new policy, etc was done from their side mostly). Also they treat you with the understanding, patience and empathy that is required.
