The representatives have been very helpful and friendly! Today's representative Sicelo Ngwenya was great! MiWay has really good premiums and cover. I have not yet made a claim, I am hoping that the claims process will be as wonderful as the rest of the MiWay experience. The only thing that has been an issue to me personally is the MiWay whatsapp chat. The conversations get terminated very quickly which makes it a lot more effort to communicate, as a person isn't always able to respond immediately. Other than that, I have no complaints. Compliments to the MiWay team of representatives!
