The representative Thulo Mokgatlha was very professional and was obviously working from a script. All I wanted to do was advise that I had a tracker fitted to my car. But had to go virtually through the entire policy again. No problem I am a pensioner and I was using the call-back facility. Now however it seems I have to do a self inspection of a brand new car?? The mind boggles!
