The real truth about Miway

I was in an accident on 19 feb 2025 at 06:05 in the morning. I then put in a claim at miway and booked the car for assessment. They did an assessment and took photos of only the bumper and the left wheel. I told them all the troubles that the car gave me since the accident and they did not do a further assessment on it. They booked the car for repairs at a panel beater that is not allowed to work on renault to only replace the bumper. I then took my car to Renault for a second opinion with the car. They did a diagnostic test and put the car on the ramp. When i collected the car later that afternoon they told me that the car is supposed to be a write off. The cars chassis got hurt, wish bone got hurt, engine laid back and oil is coming out of the engine, the gearbox got hurt. I then phoned miway and explained to them all the damage to the car and they rep**** that they are not approved with renault that is why they will only repair the bumper. I then asked to speak to a manager at miway and explained to him all the troubles with the car. He asked me for the damage report and photos and i did send it through to him. It is now already 21 days later and i still have not heard anything back from them. When i phone to speak to the manager he is alway apperently on a phone call or in a meeting or both.
