The R400 challenge GIMMICK

<p>Two weeks ago I received a call from MiWay insurance, trying to sell me car insurance policy. I immediately told them that I had a car insurance policy and I was not interested because I've once done a quote with them before and they were very expensive compared to other insurers. They then told me about the R400-00 challenge that if I were to give them another chance to quote me and their proposed premium were to be higher than my current premium they'll award me R400-00, hence the R400-00 challenge. Fortunately/unfortunately for them, their proposed premium was once again higher than what I'm currently paying, so they asked me to email them (subject: Attention-Keegan, email address: ********** current policy schedule to prove that their proposed premium was actually higher than mine. I did, they even acknowledged the receival of my policy schedule. Since then I only get phone calls from different MiWay agents asking me about the start of my policy no one is talking about the R400 reward that they promised, on monday (20th/06/2016) I spoke to Sam from MiWay who is the initial agent/consultant that I spoke to, he said he was awaiting feedback from his superiors and he promised to get back to me on Tuesday (21/06/2016) which has never happend until today. So I've concluded that this R400-00 challenge strategy which they copied from one of their competitor's (OUTSURANCE) its a Gimmick, they must just stop doing that to people. Very unprofessional for your reputation/comapany image.</p>
