The overall service was great, just disappointed that they took a while to register my claim, I expect a turnaround time of 24 hours and I had to call them after 72 hours to get the initial claim registered

The overall service was great, just disappointed that they took a while to register my claim, I expect a turnaround time of 24 hours and I had to call them after 72 hours to get the initial claim registered. In the end I did get my household electronics that were damaged replaced and without paying an excess, so I’m glad to have them as my insurer.
